Utility Cloakroom Refurbishment in Teignmouth phase 1 consisted of a major rip out and re-correction of walls and floor. We were then able to start skimming and fitting. APA Plumbing helped with some of the rip out then did a 1st fix and 2nd fix of the plumbing. He also relocated the radiator from one side to the other.  Pete Wilde did the electrics (inline fan and Led centre light.)
Rob Norrish Flooring laytexed the floor and then fitted the LVT. I completed the usual plastering with a misscoat, fitting and tiling.

I project managed this kitchen renovation near Broadcylst.  The job consisted of a major rip-out, repairs to the floor, wall, and ceiling, and plastering in all areas. Matt James, a bespoke kitchen fitter helped fit the kitchen so as we could keep to our three week timescale. This then allowed me to complete the repairs and decorating.

APA Plumbing and Heating completed the first and second fix plumbing for the new kitchen set up, as well as supplying a contemporary new radiator.

Pete Wilde Electrics did a great job with the electrics including adding a solid LED strip under the unit. Rob Norrish Flooring supplied and fitted the herringbone LVT. Steve Bristowe supplied the Quartz tops, splash backs and extractor back. The Sheraton Kitchen was supplied by Roomworks in Exeter.

We had a great crew on this project working with amazing local businesses, we were helped by Matt the bespoke kitchen fitter, Pete Wilde – Electrics, APA Plumbing and Heating, and Rob Norrish Flooring. APA did the 1st and 2nd fix plumbing and helped rip out the kitchen and tiled floor with myself…Rob Norrish Flooring did the special Laytex and Kardean LVT flooring.

The kitchen was supplied by Roomworks Exeter. Job project managed by myself but also I did all the major repairs plastering, floor repairs, tiling and utility revamp.

We completed this refurb before the Pandemic with Matt the bespoke kitchen fitter, Pete Wilde Electrics, APA Plumbing and Heating.

This job consisted of major work in all adjoining rooms and even meant building alcoves. We transformed the entire space to create a modern, functioning home.

I fitted this German Kitchen just over a year ago, but the customer now wanted to upgrade from the original oven fitted, as they preferred the new hob style over the stainless hob. APA Plumbing and Heating readjusted the gas for the customer.
