This was a significant project near Cullompton, skillfully transforming two separate rooms into one superb and highly functional new bathroom. We’re really pleased with how this renovation came together, a true testament to great teamwork.

A special mention goes to APA Plumbing and Heating (Andy). He was instrumental throughout the entire job, from the initial rip-out to assisting with the rebuild. Andy expertly handled all the first and second fix plumbing, establishing entirely new plumbing, heating pipes, soil, and waste systems. His contribution was vital, setting the stage perfectly for the detailed tiling, plastering, and fitting work.

The electrical work was carried out by A.RAPO Electrics (Alex and Aaron), who delivered their usual high standard of meticulous and skilled work, which was crucial for the project.

The flooring is a real highlight: Rob Norrish Flooring (Lloydie) installed an exceptional herringbone style LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile). From the design discussions and quote through to the impeccable finish, it’s a feature that both we and the customer are very proud of.

As part of this comprehensive remodel, we blocked up two existing doorways and installed a new ceiling, which was then expertly skimmed and given a mist coat. This prepared the surfaces perfectly, ready for the customers to apply their chosen paint finishes to the bathroom walls.

High-quality products for this project were sourced through Plumbase Tiverton:

• Vado: Brushed nickel shower, taps, and wall-hung system.
• Merlyn: Touchstone solid shower tray.
• Crosswater: Glass with a smart brushed profile.
• Tiles were from Tileflair Exeter.

This renovation was a pleasure to complete, resulting in a high-quality, transformed space designed for the customers to enjoy for many years.
