Bathroom renovation in Exeter

This bathroom renovation in Exeter consisted of a major rip out and re-correction of walls, a new ceiling with a vapour check board, skim, and paint.

APA Plumbing and Heating had to rip all of the plumbing out and relocate doing 1st fix and 2nd fix, whilst also relocating the towel rad. Spots and in-line extractor and switches outside were fitted by Pete Wilde Electrics. LVT flooring supplied and fitted by Rob Norrish Flooring, achieving a deck board look. The tiles are from Tileflair Exeter. Other products supplied by RGB Exeter Plumbing dept. These include a Davroc bath, Eco bathrooms units, a bath panel, and a solid worktop. The two-part in-fold shower screen is from Kudos, with Bristan taps and a Vitra wc. The customer is having a new window soon.
