Broadclyst Renovation: A Real Team Effort

Just wrapped up a full painting renovation in Broadclyst, Exeter. I tackled the front room, bottom entrance, stairs, and top landing, giving the property a complete refresh.

Using a dustless setup, I prepped and rubbed down all the walls, ceilings, and woodwork. For the finish, I used Tikkurila ceiling paint, Crown Extreme Scrubbable Matt on the walls, and Prima and Benjamin Moore Scuff-X on the woodwork.

Had to use a stabiliser in the hallway, as any good Exeter painter and decorator would, to ensure a lasting finish.

Big thanks to APA Plumbing for removing the radiators and Pete Wilde for installing the new light fittings and smoke detectors.
